We’re on our way…

A signpost in Bibury - so many pleasant walks.

We’re excited to soon be sharing part of our organic Cotswold sheep farm with Greener Camping Club members. It’s a lovely spot that’s an easy walk into the beautiful village of Bibury.

We’re opening for business as soon as the lockdown restrictions are lifted for camping. We’re thinking this might be July.

In the meantime, we’re getting on with setting up the site. A sturdy horsebox has been pressure-washed and is ready for fitting with two showers and two composting toilets. Should be compact and bijou but offer decent, modern facilities.

We’re also sourcing various items for the hard-standing (i.e. solid gravel-covered area) such as a stainless steel double sink and worktops.

The idea is that we have a really comfortable site - a lovely location but also an easy place to stay for all ages and abilities. For instance, our converted horsebox will not just have hot showers and the best composting toilets available - three of the four cubicles can be accessed via ramps.
